What is your question? How to restore the system to original?

If so, then depending on the brand of PC you might have a system restore partition you can access by hitting a function key during the initial screen. For example, it might be F4 or F10 will run a special copy of Windows that will restore your PC to factory, and of course, wipe out all your files so back them up!

Or, you may need to boot to the recovery CD/DVD you made when the PC was new or that came with the PC.
