Hi,i have a budget gaming pc,and i was wondering shall i overclock my video card,i mostly play COD black ops online,my catalyst control center says on the ATI overdrive settings..
...High performance GPU clock settings(750MHZ)...High performance memory clock settings(800MHZ)
Current values..GPU clock(250MHZ)..memory clock(800MHZ)..fan 50%
will overclocking help its graphic performance, can this damage my system, and how should i do it????
thanks

Greatwall PSU?

end of the day with that gpu its an older gpu and no matter how many extra mhz you push out of it, its still got the same ammount of silicon running at around the same speed - time for a new card, and maybe a quad core.

Not a 5770.
Dont settle for anything less than a 5850. Or a 6870.

The 460 FTW completely decimates all other 460s..so dont get the lower end 460s they are utter trash. My FTW edition is a beast ,or go for the 6870 anything less is trash.
