Any good brand name at around 500w should suffice, the 500 will give such a system more than enough juice and should not be strained to do so,OCZ,Enermax Pc Power and Cooling ,Antec, just to spot up a few..my 2 rules for buying a psu 1.Always buy known quality.2, Always buy more than what you need right now 'cause the future is always full of surprises..:)

Antec 380W or better.

You will need a 400w+ Corsair, PCP&C, Seasonic, Enermax or Antec Earthwatts PSU (although above Antec Earthwatts 380 will work just fine for you).
Avoid a cheap unit at all costs.
They are generally rated to output more power than they really can and are prone to catastrophic failure.

The HD4670 requires very little power. The Antec Earthwatts 380 would be a great choice. Actually, right now the Earthwatts 430 is cheaper at Newegg, $55 vs. $60 for the 380. Get that one. If you decide you need even more graphics power, the 430 can handle a 4850.
PC Power and Cooling also has some low-wattage units that would be suitable. You want a "normal" one, not a Dell replacement model. This one is just $50: PC Power & Cooling Silencer PPCS370X 370W ATX12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703018
If it were me, I'd buy the Antec, because I've had good experiences with that model and with the brand as a whole, and it is a little more powerful.
