I built this PC back in December '08 with intentions of not having to upgrade for a bit Motherboard : MSI P7n-Sli Fi Ram dr2 Corsair dominator 1066 @ [387mhz shown in CPUz so im guessing thats gonna be at like 800mhz] (fsb ram= 16:15, 5-5-5-18 2t @1.9v) Processor : Q9650 @3.6 1700mhz fsb, Linked, 8.5 multiplier, 424 bus speed. 1.28v Video Card : Nvida GTS250 1gb x2 SLI Power Supply : 850watt PS so now the question is how the heck do i get the ram to run at the right speed? heres a Screenshot btw. More about : q9650 p7n sli 6ghz stable xgamer2011 December 24, 2010 4:55:39 PM what do u mean u want to check ur ram. agentsmith5150 December 24, 2010 5:13:25 PM basically i want the RAM to run at its designed speed 1066mhz @ 2.1v with timings of 5-5-5-15 2t as advertised by corsair. however whenever i set the dram frequency to 1066 @2.1v 5-5-5-15 2t it just blue screens. for it to be stable i have it linked/set to auto.
