my pc just chirps but does not turn on It is a k8 upgrade 1698 mother board
1 gb drr ram
geforce6800 graphics card
3200+ amd athlon processor
it was all working fine then i tried to boot up this moorning and it didnt do anything when i took the side of the case it started to chirp but i cannot get it to boot i have noticed that the fans twitch in unison with the chirp
I have already tried another psu and i get the same symptoms
