My setup is:

Coolmax CUG 950w
Asus Sabertooth
Core i7 950 OCed 3.36MHz
G-Skill 6GB(3x2GB) 1600 OCed to 1752MHz

My question was whether or not my temperatures are about ok if they are around 35 Celsius idle and 50 or so under load with the overclock and whether or not my ram's current settings were too high as well? I ran a test using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and they both passed

I plan on reapplying the thermal paste unless you guys think it is fine the way it is.

Thanks in advance

Haha ya I'm not surprised about that it was $100 off when I bought it(so around $100 at the time) and the 1000W were still $225+ so it was a steal. I don't plan on really pushing it to it's limit so I don't have to really worry.

Voltages used on the CPU and Ram are as followed:

CPU: 'Core Voltage': 1.256 and my heatsink is the Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev V2

Ram: 1.5V

Any suggestions on other heatsink/fans that do better than this one that stay under the $50 mark? I'd like to stay as cool as possible and not come close to pushing anything

Also is there any warnings or not-to's in reference to how high I should clock the ram? I know how to monitor my CPU but I really couldn't tell if my memory was ok at the speed outside of testing it.

Is testing the only way or are there only ways?
