Might help if you identify version.
It's like asking is a ford fast, That would be like comparing a pinto to a T-Bird. Kingston makes a V-series, V is for value not performance and as SSDs go the V series is toward the bottom of the heap. Maybe 2 x 3 times faster than a Hdd (4 K random writes are very low); then a good SSD is going to be around 20 -> 60 x faster.
