My computer continues to crash. I am getting the blue screen of C0000218 registry file failure, can't load hive file with a dump of the physical memory or a partmgr.sys file f8788726 with a base @ 8786000. what ia going on my my HP Pavillion

Can you get into Safe mode to select Last good Configuration ?

Have a Windows cd to boot from and do a Repair ?
