Just bought a PNY GTX 275 yesterday. I love it!

I was checking the specs on it and it beats the 280 on everything except memory (896 vs 1000).

Unfortunately im using it on a non 2.0 16x slot at the moment so I wont know its true potential until I up my mobo.

Interesting that it's $20 cheaper than the 280 and better specs across the board(minus a slight amount of memory).

No, you won't notice a difference in going from 1.1 to 2.0

Doesnt it double the bandwith from 32 to 64 when you go to 2.0 though?

Its supposed to, but you will not see a difference. The ONLY difference for 2.0 is the voltage. The important thing is to get a faster GPU with good stream processing and good cooling. Even if the connection was 3.0 and you had an 8800GT it would look exactly the same as 1.0 or 2.0.
