hey iam trying to get to my BIOS on my pc and when I startup I do the alt+F2 *** and well it brings me up a page and it says "please enter file name for NEW BIOS" and I dunno what to do? please help me?

Why do you press Alt+F2 to flash the BIOS instead of F2 to enter the BIOS configuration screen?

Just hit the delete key on bootup
