hey iam trying to get to my BIOS on my pc and when I startup I do the alt+F2 *** and well it brings me up a page and it says "please enter file name for NEW BIOS" and I dunno what to do? please help me?

try pressing f2 instead of alt+f2 ?

You are starting the feature to flash a new file to your current BIOS.
You need to read your manual.
