ive had a issue with this PC since day 1... go alienware , anyways my issues have been recently


it sometimes will turn on ok and run and do what a good computer should.

last night i left it loading a movie and turned off the screen. came back turned on the screen and it Blinks the desktop and shows me a black screen right after it happens everytime i turn on and off the screen. so i know my pc is running


testing the screen as we speak on my laptop hopefully it isnt the issue.

i reset my pc and it blinks the screen while loading bios and stuff i switched video cards from a nvidia 7900 gs to a GT not the issue i also added 2 more gigs of ram... i removed the hard drive

well you get it thanks for any ideas.

i tested the vga cable with my laptop... works fine the screen... but it worked after i took off the SVGA wonder if that is the reason why its bad? going to do more test
