I assume you're looking at a prebuilt system, since I've never heard of the 1035T in anything but a prebuilt. That said, those chips are the "bottom of the barrel", as in they would not run well enough to be a 1055t, 1075t, 1090t or 1100t.

The i5 650 is a dual core with ht.

If you are gaming, look for something with a i5-750 or i5-760, or Phenom II x4 955 or x4-965. Best bang for your buck now for gaming.

That is, until Sandy Bridge comes out... read a benchmark earlier today that had the i5 2400 beating out the i5 750 and it'll likely cost less...

Sandy Bridge looks VERY promising. And it is basically the only thing i am waiting for for my new rig...
