First time builder and forgive me if I'm overlooking something obvious, I'm connecting my thermalcooler tsunami dream case's power sw cord and led lights to my gigabyte motherboard. In the motherboard manual it states clearly which prongs are the positive and negative and for which parts, but on the case wires all it says is an "S" with a triangle pointing to it and a "G", which one would be positive and negative? Thanks for your help!

G should mean Ground, but if they don't work one way, you simply reverse them. Nothing wrong will happen if you connect a LED incorrectly; it just won't work. Switches don't have any polarity.
