Athlon X2 5200+ @ stock 2.7 GHz.
Got it up to 2.9 GHz and I noticed no tangible improvement, so I decided not to risk my mobo, power supply. I'm happy with it.

Q9550 4.13ghz, just long enough to make sure it booted and went through a few seconds of Prime95. Then the temps sky-rocketed so I went back to my stable at 3.91ghz xD.

Phenom II 940, stock 3.0ghz OC at 3.6 stable, custom water cooling from the den. Temps Idle at 28C, temps rarely see 40C full load

Phenom 9850 B.E. stock 2.5ghz OC at 3.0ghz stable only on Windows 7 RC 64 bit, with Rosewill 92mm 6 pipe, with a 120mm fan I put on it to replace 92mm. Temps Idle at 37C and never see above 50C full load.

Amd 64 x2 6400 B.E. stock 3.2 OC at 3.4ghz stable Rosewill 6 pipe with 92mm fan, not sure what the Idle is not on it anymore, LOL.
