Widows xp setup problem

Hi,
I have a problem in my xp sp 3 windows so I tried to format and reinstall the windows, then i insert the CD then the setup operation started but after loading windows files, the operation stopped without any message, I mean it did not go to restart windows as usual. help me please to solve this problem , although I attempted to do it times.

What problems were you having that you decided to reinstall XP?

You might have a hardware problem such as a bad hard drive or bad memory.
