hello I have Toshiba Satellite M55-S3292 series Laptop and when I start up the computer it shows windows XP coming up but after that it does not show anything. It freezes. Can you help me how to fix it.

Can you get into Safe Mode (Tap F8 key during start up) ?

Yes I can get into the safe mode from the menue but it gets there and I can see safe mode written on all the four corners but does nothing from there and freezes.
