when I enable CPU L1 and L2 cache of BIOS settings, my computer hangs and infinitely
and when I disable it computer processing becomes too slow, it takes about 5 minutes for starting up.Programs are also executing very slowly.
Is it hardware problem or software problem ?
what should I do ?
