A4-3400 Llano 2.7GHz 65W vs. Athlon II X3 455 Rana 3.3GHz 95W?

Considering two different routes on budget system. It is all coming down to CPU/Mobo at this point and trying to understand which would give more bang for the buck? Cost is very close to not be a factor. Thanks in advance.

BIOSTAR A880G+ AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
(integrated ATI Radeon HD 4250)
8GB RAM max

Again, budget system with very little intent to upgrade. Possibly upgrade graphics and RAM at some point. Both systems will be starting with 4GB RAM.

1st sys for graphics

2nd sys for cpu
2nd is my choice (as you will add a graphics card latter)

If you want to play games without installing a video card, then Llano would be the better choice.

If you are doing CPU intensive tasks, then the Athlon II would be a little better.
