I have an old Dell Latitude I have been playing around with. I need to find a way to backup the current Bios and create a flash floppy for the current BIOS so i can attempt an update which will allow bios to boot from USB.

Question 1) Is there a Boot Able floppy for Pheonix Bios which will allow me to save and create a flash floppy of the current BIOS???
Question 2)Do you have any other advice about upgrading my Bios via a Flash floppy.
