I have been doing a lot of reading on my BIOS and current hardware and I'm still not too sure that I have the correct settings.

Here's my setup:

I also have pictures of my current BIOS settings

For the first pic, Im not sure about AI Overclock Tuner - Manual or XMP? Also FSB Strap To North Bridge - Is 333 right? And also the memory settings. I tried running the timings at 8-8-8-24 like the memory specs say to do but I noticed during shut down the pc will close everything but not shut down right away. So I would stare at my wallpaper only for over a minute. So I went with 9-9-9-24 but not sure if that is right because sometimes it does feel sluggish.

For second pic I honestly do not know what a single field does. I left it on Auto but not sure if I should change anything.

Third pic: Not sure what the first half of fields do so left them on auto. Second half I want to know what to input for SB Voltage - not sure what that is. On Memory Over Voltage - Is that setting right? Since the memory is 1.65v? And of course if u guys see anything else I should change let me know.

For the 4th pic Im just not sure about Intel Virtualization Tech setting. The rest I think is ok.

And about Overclocking, I would like to try to get up to 3.0ghz but Im not sure if I can but of course I want to get all the stock settings right.
