i have connected my lapta to samsung lcd tv with pc wire but i cant get screen on tv just i want to clarify the doubt

By PC wire, you are talking about the video cable correct? To make sure you don't have an ethernet cable or something else odd connected to it. Does the laptop see the second display in Display Properties? You may just need to enable the second screen, and set up the proper resolution for the TV.

And you also set the TV source to match whatever connection you have the computer correct?
