Will this "Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Dual-Core CPU" fit in my eMachine T6528? I want upgrade CPU.

Also is there anything else I need for this upgrade.

Any socket 939 processor will fit. The question is will the MB BIOS support the Athlon 64 X2 DC. Socket 939 was discontinued years ago. Better idea would be to put any serious money into a new system.
