I just built a new rig, but it has been a while. In terms of manually adjusting the video card is coolbits still the best thing to use for a Nvidia card? My old card 5500, very old card... used coobits... is there anything else I should use to adjust the clock/memory? Thanks!

No, coolbits has been obsolete for a while now, use Rivatuner.

Try nTune or EVGA Precision.

EVGA Precision is better IMO because it will keep the previous settings at start up.
