Hello,

I have just bought Hauppauge DEC 3000 (www.hauppauge.com) and one
VisioSat parabola as well as a universal head LNB SkyWare.

I installed very correctly and rechecked several times the connections
as well as the configuration of DEC 3000.

But after that, I still do not manage to receive an signal (I tested
with several satellites).

In the beginning, I believed that it was head LNB but my retailer
exchanged the head against a news and I always have the same problem.

My parabola is correctly directed (I regulated it with a compass).

The cables are new and were correctly stripped and screwed.

The configuration of DEC was made side TV and PC.

Do you Think that it is about a defect of material of DEC?

Thank you in advance for your assistances.

Fabien Voland
