I Have INTEL Pentium III 700 MHz Processor with 320 MB SD RAM [128 128 64],Want to Replace with Higher Memory. What is the Maximum RAM Compaibility for the Above Mentioned Processor what and How much RAM Memory Should I Buy and Which Brand is the Best...Help Please.

The more important is what is your motherboard model?

The maximum memory is normally determined by the chipset with a PIII, but mobo manufacturers sometimes mess it up, resulting in limits different from the chipset.

So to put it just with other words: the mobo's manual tells it.

Which brand... Renown brands don't necessarily make the best products.
