hi guys, Recently i added DDR PC3200 together with original DDR PC2700 , boot up OK, recognized both RAM, howerver, after 10 ninutes every thing blanks... The only way to reboot is either uplug power cord and remove cmos battery/reinstall/power up.... Or unplug power push power swith in front a fews time and reconnect power plug and boot OK... once it boot up it work ok... until sytem shut down and reboot any time after

Does this occur when you use one speed memory *or* the other?

If not, stop using memory with two different speeds.
