Trying to play some games

So my computer recently died and I am forced to use a backup old pc inspiron 530s. I want to play World of Warcraft at minimum settings so would I be able to do it on said PC without having to change the graphics card and or buy a new one? And if i need to buy a new one what should i get cheaply that I can quickly toss in there. I am not looking to spend more then say 50 dollars but I had read around and seen there are power issues with the different graphics card so this computer cannot support much in the way of graphics cards.

any cheaper cards say 20-30 dollars that would go cause I do not really need it for any length of time i have an FX-6800 computer but its in the repairs at Gateway currently.
