I have a big dilemma now i am using a samsung 2233BW 16:10 ratio and i would like to get another monitor maybe a 2233SW, this one has a ratio of 16:9 so its full hd. Do you think its a good idea to have a 16:10 and a 16:9 monitor side by side ? Will i be able to use the same resolution and keep the same image proportions on the screens ? Because now the 1680x1050 looks a bit too tall (even though its the recommended setting for 2233BW). Is there a noticeable difference (when viewing desktop, not hd movies) between 1680x1050 on 16:10 and 16:9?
Another problem i have is that my EN9800GT-MATRIX/HTDI/512M has only one DVI port, so i will need a splitter... Will this graphic card support those resolutions on dual screens ? Or should i just get two ati cards in crossfire and get rid also of that splitter? I will use the computer for 3D modeling programs (Catia, SW) and some games wow, colin mcrae not crysis
