is the hd 4670 ddr4 still they best card not using the 6-pin connector? then which? till when?

I would say 9600Gt 59W Low profile is the best or
HD 4670 GDDR3
GDDr4 is slow compared to GDDR3
Get the HIS IceQ Version

i actually have the ddr4 cause my monitor is vga but somebody wants to buy it for 85$ so if there was any better id get more money and buy it but im limited by my psu, and i have 3 drives and a case fan so i use all 4 pin molex
