I'm building a computer based on this configuration. Does anyone have any suggestions for the video cards or any other component?

You're just wasting money on that 1000W PSU. Even an 850W PSU would be more than enough for SLI GTX 260's. I would go with the 850TX and spend some of your extra money on the v2 version of your motherboard.

Vista Ultimate is also a waste of money for most users. I would just get Home Premium instead. Here's a link that compares the different versions of Vista:

The 640GB hard drives are faster than the 500GB models. The WD6401AALS is currently on sale for the same price as the WD5001AALS which makes it a no-brainer.
