Upgrading my graphics card

Currently using an old graphics card and want to upgrade. Using a ATI Radeon HD 2400 at the moment.
ACPI x64 Based PC
Intel Dual core 3.2GHz
8Gb RAM
Windows Vista

Do you have an AGP slot, PCI-express or are you using a PCI slot?
