Catalyst Control Centre Error

Hey guys iv been on amd site and cant even find a place to ask a question so i thought id come here instead.

Anytime i start my pc or try to open the ccc i just get this error message

"Catalyst Control Centre: Command Line Interface has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I used to have a Nvidia card but i switched to ati. I think i unistalled the old drivers and everything, but the ccc did work for around 2-3 months but just decided to stop working one day.

I have tryed unistalling in several time and reinstalling the microsoft.net framework (seen it mentioned somewhere) But still keeps poping up.
