Catalyst Control Centre

Hey guys any time i start my pc or try to open the ccc i just get this error Catalyst Control Centre: Command Line Interface has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I used to have an Nvidia card but switched to ati. I think i uninstalled the old drivers and everything . Iv tryed uninstalling the ccc and reinstalling it but it didnt help, i also installing the microsoft.net framework i think it was (seen it mentioned somwhere) but didnt help. The Ccc used to work for a few months but just decided to stop one day so i duno really
