Updating Pheonix Bios

Question 1) Is there a Bootable floppy for Pheonix Bios which will allow me to save and create a flash floppy of the current BIOS??? I want to backup the current before the update.

Question 2)Do you have any other advice about upgrading my Bios via a Flash floppy.
