Ok, does it restart when loading Windows?At the startup screen, login screen?

Can you get into safe mode by pressing F8 at the startup screen? A beter option whould be Last good known configuration, try that...

Had any BLUE ERROR SCREENS latelly?

yes when we booting system restart at the start up screen . I have a booting prob when we download widows xp system restart .bios seeting are ok first boot priority cd rom, second boot priority hard disk and third is removable . I think these seetings are ok ! so what is the prob ?
