Off Line

I was wondering if you could help me out. I have a PC that all of a sudden went off-line. I can not get on-line at all. It tells me things about the http, https and so on. I have a router for wireless hook up for my laptop and the laptop works fine. I talked to my cable provider and they had me reboot everything with out any result. the only thing that it did before this happened was some sort of a Windows updaate my wife said. I just need to know where to start looking. Please Help Me.

go to start - run, type in CMD, in the window that pops up, type in ipconfig, post back your results.
