Small case for standard ATX mobo?

Here are my main components:

CPU: Core i7
Motherboard: MSI X58 Pro
GPU: 4870X2
PSU: Corsair TX850W

I'm looking for a small case to host this configuration. Ideally with the height and the depth smaller than 19 inches yet with enough room to for a full size ATX motherboard and PSU and a 10.5 inch long graphic card. The case I'm looking at is Lian Li PC-A05N, but without the side and top vents I'm not sure if airflow will become an issue. What cases with similar dimension would you recommend?

or you could just get a Rampage II GENE motherboard and a Coolermaster Elite 340 case with 2 good fans.

I think I'll go with Antec 300. It's 1 inch shorter than PC-A05N in depth and looks like it has pretty decent airflow.
