What exactly do you need help with, and why can't you find cpuz? Don't leave pcie on auto, set that to 100. You will want to set your ram voltage, timings and appropriate speed for your ram if all possible.

What are your temperatures? At 2812ghz, 1.4 is a bit high. I would learn to set vcore manually and then test for stability.

Just change the fsb. Your fsb is 333mhz with a multiplier of 7.5. If you change that 333 to 400 it will give you a 3.0ghz speed. But doing so be sure you're using a DDR2 800mhz memory stick. Nevermind other things leave them be as auto. Get Prime95 to stress test that atleast 4-5hours and get CPUz and CPUZHWMonitor to check those temps. Be sure you're using an aftermarket cpu cooler just to be safe.

I have an awesome Utra Cooler :)  but I decided to throw my self in I changed FSB to 1614 I just rebooted but now the problem is windows doesn't say I'm OCing but what I was asking in Cpu-Z where its says core speed its that like my OC so it should say like 3000.0 mhz but right now it is only saying 1999.9 when I start up a program it goes to 2500.0

The 2 GHz reading is because SpeedStep is enabled and under light loads the multiplier throttles back to X6. When you put a load on the system, it will jump to your max setting.
