Matrox Video Card PCI VGA 590-05 Rev. B MGA-MIL/4BN
I have a good video card now, it is 512meg but I need to install this just so I can use the game port on on this video card for my flight stick, my flight stick is not usb

Hmmm...getting two display drivers to work at once, even though its technically *supported* under XP is always chancy at best; you probably just should have brought a new joystick. And I doubt there are even supported drivers at this point for Matrox cards, especially such an ancient model; I'll see what I can find...
