I would like to know after running MemTest V3.2 the computer freezes after 3 and half minutes.
And I tried V4.0 MemTest+ and the computer still freezes after 2 m inutes.

First off, Why are you testing memory?

Are you getting lots of BSOD's? Freezing? If you are, then there is a good chance you have some bad memory, Try to use one stick at a time and see if its better.

If you are overclocking, STOP for now(overclocking can push memory over its specs).

If you post full system specs, we will better be able to help you.
