Would you consider taking the anvil off your head?

Sorry, SNL skit reference. Meaning to know how to fix something we need to know what the issue is. If your head hurts because there is an anvil on it, you should take the anvil off. If you tell us your head hurts but don't say the "hey, I have this giant anvil on my head, could that be the issue", there are about a hundred things that could be wrong.

If you can't install a program, you need to list what the exact issue is, the drive can't see the disk at all, it installs but you can't run it, it crashes during setup? Need issue and any error messages.
