If your 500watt is of a good quality brand your are fine. If it's an unknown brand get it out of there now. You can always check your voltages with CPUID Hardware Monitor.

One of my systems has similar specs. I am powering it with an Antec 650. I estimate that the PSU is running about 60% of capacity. So a good 500 watt PSU would be more than adequate.
Never heard of intex. Doesn't mean it's a bad brand; just never heard of it.
Get a corsair VX550 or an Antec EA 650 SLI or coolerMaster real power 550W. For a PSU, look out for the output of +12V rails. For your system, you need at least 18A on both rails. Wattage is not everything, just like memory is not everything on a video card.
Also, stay clear from coolerMaster extreme power series. You can get Real ower series, if oyu want.
I guess you are from India. All the PSUs that I mentioned should be available for INR 5000.
