I cleaned my graphics card with paint thinner to rub off the thermal paste to apply a new layer, and I accidentally spilt a small little drop that's very near to one of my Graphics card RAM. I quickly wiped it away and everything seems fine. So yeah, my graphic card is still working, and I can play games fine. But now suddenly, the games I play, after playing for awhile, the game suddenly freezes up, then when I try to alt tab or something, it doesn't work. I used task manager instead, which got me out of the game and I closed the game.
Is it because I spilt a small little drop of thinner near my graphics card ram that's causing this? Is my graphics card spoiled now? How do I know if all my graphics card RAM chip things are working fine?
Or maybe it's because I overclocked it to too high?
Anyway, the temperature reading on my graphics card seems fine, and it never exceeds 51 Degrees. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I hope to solve this problem. Cause if it's really my graphics card which is spoiled, I don't think my father will let me buy another one , and it means that the RAM sinks that came with the Zalman GV1000 are wasted, cause I don't think Malaysia sells thermal tape.

Uhm... Thanks clocking it back to the normal clock and again to 750MHz 1870MHz And 1050 MHZ ( 2100MHZ ) did the job :3. I no longer have games freezing up... But I hope that's not a temporary solution.
Sorry for the triple posting... The problem is still there, even if I down clock it a little. I've sent an error message that appears everytime I restart my comp, and according to microsoft, it's because the GFX card is stuck in an infinite loop of blah blah blah waiting for the hardware to become idle blah. It might be my gfx drivers, but It's updated to the latest. Microsoft said it also could be that my gfx card is defective... But I'm afraid the warranty is already voided cause of the aftermarket cooler I bought for it Now I dunno what to do I guess I'll have to live with this card till it actually dies....
