Dual Monitor using HDMI to ANALOG

It's possible but its not a simple conversion, since VGA is an analog signal, and HDMI is digital. you need a device with an D to A converter like this one:

of course this is very expensive, your better off buying a video card with dual outputs. And another thing to note: you cant use VGA-DVI converter in combination DVI-HDMI converter, this won't take care of the analog to digital conversion.
