  1. drop that PSU, it's rosewill, it will kill your PC since it's of an average gaming spec pc.

    I'd also drop the E8400 and P45 mobo for a 720 BE and 790GX mobo
  2. Maybe not.

    I just bought the same card and it is not working with Vista 64 Bit. Although I am using I7 and P6T mobo and Corsair power. Google BSOD and Nvidia and Vista.
