i installed a set of drivers. later tuneup utilities figured there was something wrong and that i should check it out

I have the same problem wity my drivers under non-plug and play!!! such as sftfs - under non-plug and play which has a yellow exclamation on it . note >>>> This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)...Should I remove o reinstall it...Please help me out!!!
