Need a VALID PPID DELL 30" ULTRA SHARP. OCTOBER 2008 BUILD FOR SUPPORT FOR DEAD PIXELS. BOUGHT SECONDHAND FROM Computech. NO ID PROVIDED

1) Dont use all caps, it's just annoying.
2) I highly doubt that someone is just going to give you the ID from their monitor to
use. That just doesn't sound smart.

Have you tried contacting whoever you bought this from?

well, this is what happens with second hand stuff

though, call them and see if they have the id still, it would be worth the time

ID is not specific to a person only to the model, so a run of 10000 would have the same id, and no luck on the original owner kid picked it off weeeeee

Anyone with a 30" in the last few years would be fine so I can determine support according to dell rep.

exactly, I did and they said if I could get one off a reseller it should be no trouble as they are batches not specific codes.
