Get the Zalman, they're known for high quality CPU coolers, also if you want qiuet for good performance get that Scythe. They are very good coolers and the fans that are included are extremey silent and move good air.

I wonder why no one ever recommends Mugen 2 nowadays? That thing is ridiculously cheap for something that matches TRUE in terms of cooling.

Everywhere else Zalman comes out last. Its funny that on this review it comes out first.

Does anyone know if the coolermaster z600 fits with an asus rampage formula? I recently bought the gskill PI ram with the tall heatsinks, do you guys think there are going to be clearance issues?

I got the Zalman 9700 for my work computer (E8500), then after more research I got the Black Knight for my home computer (Q9400).

With Xigmatek you have 2 options- the Dark Knight and the almost identical HDT-S1283. The Dark Knight comes with the mounting bracket, with the 1283 you would want to order the i7751 mounting bracket.
