Why is my flash drive 16GB reduce to 94.2MB on a Mac?

Can somebody help me please?? I want my flashdrive to work normal. It used to work fine on y Mac when I just got it but a friend plug it in her toshiba and now it's reduce. What can i do??

Macs and windows don't like each other and windows dominates the Mac to such a degree that it literally takes the forces from the PC gods and reduces the size of your drive as punishment for having a Mac.
